is committed to use the collected information about you lawfully and will protect your privacy online. Your information including names, addresses, mobile phone number, and email addresses are collected for order deliveries.

There are two reasons why we collecting your information. To process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not disclose this information to any third parties without your written consent except for necessary delivery details in the case of a few suppliers who ship product directly to you.

The information we will collect about you is only that supplied during the process of ordering from us whether by phone, mail-order or website. The information we hold will be kept accurate and up to date. It is held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us on info@jiajulifestyle.com. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. Please email any changes to info@jiajulifestyle.com.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not pass on your email address to any third parties. You can remove your name from our email list by sending email to: info@jiajulifestyle.com.

HOW TO PLACE ORDER?

*We recommended you to visit our showroom to have physical touch with our products as the material textures and colours may differ on the screens than the actual.
 
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT CAN I DO?

According to our terms and conditions, you must verify that your product is correct before signing the product receipt. We encourage customers to check their orders carefully, as no action will be taken by JIAJU LIFESTYLE once the product receipt is signed.
 
HOW DO I AMEND MY ORDER?

If you wish to amend your order, it is necessary for JIAJU LIFESTYLE to provide a new order number. Please be aware that we are unable to process any refund of the balance for you when you had amend your order and it may or may not delay the delivery date. JIAJU LIFESTYLE hold the rights to decide the approval of order amended.
 
HOW DO I RETURN/CANCEL AN ORDER

Unfortunately, we can't proceed any return/cancellation of order once the payment had been done. Therefore, it is important for you to confirm all items before place order and make payments as we will not able to cancel your order.
 
HOW DO I AMEND MY DELIVERY ADDRESS/CONTACT DETAILS?

You can change your delivery address and/or contact details by WhatsApp (016 - 211 7836) us.
 

 
PAYMENTS

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?


1. Online Transfer

Step 1: Make payment to bank account below

Step 2: Please attach the receipt in WhatsApp/Facebook Messenger and send it to us once completed. 

2. Cash Deposit/ ATM Transfer Snap a photo of payment slip and kindly attach the receipt in WhatsApp/Facebook Messenger and send it to us.

3. In-store Payment We accept cash, credit card and e-wallet (Boost, TnG wallet, Fave Pay) if you walk in and make payment in our showroom.
 
WHEN SHOULD I MAKE PAYMENT?

Your item(s) will only be delivered once your payment has been completed as above.
 
HOW CAN I REQUEST FOR REFUND?

We can't proceed any refund to you once the payment had been made. So it is important for you to confirm the order before proceed the payment.
 

 
DELIVERY

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?


Yayy-! We provide free delivery and assembly to our customer who request to deliver to Penang, Kedah and North Perak (Gerik, Selama, Parit Bintar, Kuala Kangsar, Taiping & Ipoh). Other than these areas, additional charges will be incurred. Refer below table:

HOW IS THE DELIVERY WORK?

Our delivery service is provided by our very own professional delivery team but no other courier service. Before we deliver your purchased items, our delivery team will contact you on the set delivery date to confirm the delivery as well as estimated time of arrival. Although we will maximize our effort to ensure your purchased items are delivered on the estimated timescales, unfortunately we can't 100% guarantee that on rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances such as very bad weather, staff on emergency leave, lorries unserviceable, etc. However, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date if we unable to meet the estimated delivery date.
 
CAN I CHOOSE MY DELIVERY DATE?

Yes, you allow to choose your delivery date after you make your purchase. However, your delivery date will still need to be confirm by our delivery team after they had arrange their schedule. Our delivery team will contact you if your delivery date couldn't meet.
 
WHEN IS THE DELIVERY TAKE PLACE?

All deliveries take place during normal business hour from Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm. We only provide delivery service on Saturday on special request but it still depending on the availability.
 
DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?

As our products contain valuable goods, our carriers are contracted to product a proof of delivery. If there no one at the delivery address by the time we deliver the goods during arranged date, we will contact you and revised for the next re-delivery. The 'next re-delivery' might need to decide by our team and it might carry additional charges.
 
IS THE FURNITURE WELL ASSEMBLED?

Your furniture will be assembled by our own professional and skilled craftsmen. Some furniture will be arrive fully assembled but some might will be assembled in your delivery address as the size of furniture might be too big to fit in the lift.
 
CAN I SELF COLLECT AT SHOWROOM?

Of course you can self-collect from our showroom without any charge. However, we don't have any stock at our showroom so we might still need to pre-arrange the delivery of your purchased items to our showroom in order for you to self-collect.
